Cory is a husband & father of 3 based in Woodstock, GA.
Previously, Cory served as COO of a $20M manufacturer and importer where he grew EBITDA from $4M to $9M, and, ultimately, supported an 8-figure exit. As an investment banker, Cory has closed over $150M in M&A transactions across residential & commercial services, healthcare, and consumer. He holds an MBA from MIT and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honors from Auburn University. Now, Cory applies his executive leadership, operations, and M&A, experience to help other owners in their growth journey.
Jonathan Irvin

Jonathan is a husband & father of 2 daughters based in Denver, CO.
Previously, Jonathan founded and scaled Fan Brander, a custom branded consumer products business. Under Jonathan's leadership, Fan Brander built a portfolio of nationally recognized consumer brands (Otterbox, Speck, Corkcicle, Brumate, and Mophie) and licenses (NCAA, MLB, etc.) that sold nationally into retail and e-commerce channels. Jonathan exited Fan Brander to HIT Promotional Products in 2025 in a multi-million dollar deal. Now, Jonathan partners with business owners building towards their own exit.
